STRAY KITE STUDIOS REVEALS JUNE 17 EARLY ACCESS RELEASE DATE FOR WARTORN
Today, Stray Kite Studios announced the Early Access release date for Wartorn, the gorgeous real-time tactics roguelite. Wartorn will be available on Steam and Epic Game Store on June 17 priced at $29.99. There will also be a special launch week discount where the game can be purchased for $19.99.
Wartorn’s development is led by Creative Director Paul Hellquist (Lead Designer on BioShock and Creative Director on Borderlands 2), who brings his exceptional expertise into crafting a fresh new take on tactical gaming. Players follow two elven sisters as they journey to reunite their family. Along the way, they confront moral dilemmas and battle external and internal threats, all while utilizing elemental and physics-based systems in their desperate quest for survival.

Why Early Access?
We’re launching in Early Access because we want you—our incredible players—to help shape Wartorn’s future. Other great games became amazing thanks to community feedback, and we’re taking the same approach. Since the demo, we’ve polished combat, added new units, and built out the Villa, Overworld Map, and story. Now we need your thoughts to make Wartorn even better. This is our journey together!
